THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE TO BUILD EMPLOYEE LOYALTY

This research has a purpose for the role of organizational culture in company to build loyalty employees Power Generation Company (PPL) city Sidoarjo. In this study using descriptive qualitative analysis method data collection techniques chosen by author form interviews, observations and document studies. The informants were seven company. results show that PPL is able employee through "AKHLAK" (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, dan Kolaboratif) culture, balanced with application "SIAP" (Service Oriented, Integrity, Active Learning Professional) corporate values.
